1) Contact page

We use email links located on the "contact" page and other areas of the site to allow you to contact us directly with any questions or comments you may have. We read every message sent in and try to reply promptly to every one. This information is used to respond directly to your questions or comments. We may also file your comments to improve the web site and program, or review and discard the information. Your personal information is only shared with third parties with your prior consent.

We will ensure that your email privacy is respected at all times. AsylumSupport.info will only send you unsolicited email at your request.

We do not sell, rent or share our mailing list. We do not enhance (link to other databases) our mailing list. Neither do we require your actual name or any Personal Data to use this or any other AsylumSupport.info service. Our mailing list service is supported by yourmailinglistprovider.com.

7) Moreover.com

AsylumSupport.info provides a 'World News' facility through a news feed company called moreover.com, please note that this company, independently of AsylumSupport.info keeps a log of which stories are accessed and uses 'cookies' to track its users.

8) Web site log files

The AsylumSupport.info web site logs Internet Provider addresses and browser types for systems administration purposes and these logs will be analysed to constantly improve the services and contents of our website. We do not link Internet Provider addresses to anything personally identifiable. This means that a user's session will be tracked, but the user will be anonymous.
